It’s approaching the xmas do season again so we are going to have one too.
The details are yet to be decided but the general consensus of opinion is that we just drink!!! Location yet to be decided, but in Pompey seems favourite. Let me know if you have any ideas. Of course wives and girlfriends are welcome too, the more the merrier.
The date will be the 12th December as we do not have a fixture that day. Please make yourselves available for this as it will be good to get everyone together and just have a good night.
There will be more info to follow. If you have any nominations for Kangaroo Court, then now is the time to start sending them in!!!!! (being a club member may help you through the night too!)
Please let me know asap if you are free that night so i can get an idea on numbers.
Cheers

Havant managed to continue the winning streak against a tough outfit, whose performance belies their league position.
Havant were without the skills of regular 10 Pete Living, with Chris Smith returning to marshall at fly. Burger was called in to flank and we had two new faces with Jay and Matt Gibson coming from Portsmouth University.
Havant started well for once, getting two tries in the first 20 minutes. Matt Shaw finishing well in the corner from good hands through the backs for the first. The second try coming from prop Rich Perring.
Bognor then came back well, with very strong attacking in the forwards, using their big lock and no 8 to bash through with good ball retention. This led to a chip through, which Bognor knocked on and then touched down over the deadball line, although the ref didn’t see either of these and gave the try. The second bognor try came through a very strong driving maul which Havant were not able to quell easily. This led to a push over try from the Bognor pack.
The bognor defense was not easily broken, with only half breaks from the usual line breaking Jamie Moon. The Bognor pack were were aggressive in the rucks and led to a lot of turn over ball and messy open play The game was tied at 12 all from a large part of the game. Havant needed to scrap hard in the last 15 minutes. A better forward effort led to good territory in the Bogner half. This pressure was hard and Bognor conceded a penalty for a rucking infringement with around 5 minutes to go. Havant elected to kick a difficult penalty. Chris Smith struck well to squeeze a narrow 3 point lead. Havant defended very well in the dying moments of the game to produce a tough win.
Man of the Match: Nick Wren
For his efforts in the scrum and open play with tough rucking and tackling and his ability to talk well to the team and lift spirits the man of the match was Nick Wren, so well done Buffalo!
